Cumbria Business Expo takes place on 5th June 2026 and will be held at the Carlisle Racecourse, Durdar Rd, Cumbria, CA2 4TS, and starts at 9am until 3pm.

Yes! This helps us manage the volume of visitors and speed entry. When you register you will receive an email from Eventbrite which contains a downloadable ticket. There are several options available; you can print this ticket, show it on your phone, or add it to your phone wallet and present it upon entry to the venue. If you can't access the ticket on the day, we can search for your name on our system or rebook your ticket upon arrival.

Yes, ample free parking is available on site for both delegates and exhibitors throughout the event, please watch out for event stewards on arrival who will direct you to the correct location. This will change for each event!

We don't release a complete A-Z list of exhibitors before the exhibition; however, we announce all our exhibitors through the Shout Expo social media channels leading up to the event.

We work with hundreds of exhibitors each year and we offer all exhibitors the opportunity to attend regular exhibitor events to ask questions and gain experience from others. We also have access to suppliers for all types of exhibition equipment and materials. If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Shout Team.

We never discount exhibition packages. We keep our prices as low as possible and ensure fairness for all exhibitors with a clear competitive pricing structure.
