Yes. General admission is completely free. We ask you to register through Eventbrite so we can welcome visitors and manage entry smoothly.

Yes, please register for your free ticket before coming along. It only takes a moment, and advance registrations really help us prepare for the day. If you arrive without having booked, our reception team will help you register when you get here, subject to safe venue capacity. We would always much rather you book in advance.

Last admission is 2:30pm, 30 minutes before the event closes at 3pm. We recommend allowing much longer so you can make the most of the day.

For £24 (VAT included), you can enter from 8am and use the Exhibition Lounge for a quieter place to work, meet and relax. Breakfast, lunch and drinks are included; Shout pays the Eventbrite fees.

Requests received more than 30 days before the event are refundable; within 30 days tickets are normally non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person for the same event (not to a different event). If Shout cancels, you will be refunded. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Event Partners receive five; Headline Partners receive ten. Shout can register the guests on request. Standard exhibitors can buy additional VIP passes for £20 + VAT each.

Our exhibitors have paid to promote their businesses and meet customers. Please respect their time. Say hello, build a relationship and ask whether you can follow up afterwards rather than using their stand as a sales appointment.

We do not publish a searchable A-Z exhibitor directory. Keep an eye on Shout social media, where exhibitors are featured in the run-up to the event.

We highlight exhibitors across Shout communications and the official brochure, but do not operate a searchable public exhibitor directory.

One 6ft x 2ft trestle table, two chairs and a black stretch-fit tablecloth are included, along with standard power and venue Wi-Fi.

On the expo day, Standard includes two breakfast and two lunch vouchers; Event Partner four of each; Headline Partner ten of each. Exhibitor breakfast is served from 8am to 9am.

The day before, between 12 noon and 5pm, or on the morning of the expo between 7am and 8am. The doors open to VIP visitors at 8am and general visitors at 9am.

Between 3pm and 5pm. Please do not start dismantling your stand before 3pm; visitors and other exhibitors should enjoy the full event.

Tell us your preferred area or if you would like to be close to another exhibitor. We will try our best. Event and Headline Partners get priority consideration, but safe access, venue requirements and availability determine final locations.

We deliberately keep layouts flexible so we can allow unusual stands, accommodate a little extra space, separate competitors where possible and make placement work for different exhibitors. Our event team controls safe access and available positions on the day.

We actively try to separate direct competitors as much as practical. We cannot offer full category exclusivity at an expo, but we want all exhibitors to have an equal opportunity.

Yes, talk to us first. We have accommodated everything from climbing walls and double-decker buses to live animals. We need advance notice so venue permissions, loading and safety can be planned.

No. We favour an open-plan format that makes it easier to talk, share space and create a relaxed atmosphere.

Yes. You can select additional breakfast/lunch vouchers, tables, chairs, TVs and VIP passes during checkout or buy extras later through the direct-link Exhibitor Extras Shop.

Standard Exhibitor £750 + VAT; Event Partner £1,695 + VAT; Headline Partner £4,995 + VAT. Each package includes the clearly listed benefits and may be customised by separate agreement.

Every package includes one guest visit. Use it within 90 days after the expo at a suitable Shout Network meeting, subject to availability and group approval. It is a guest visit, not membership.

Yes. Standard and Event Partners can add the Wednesday Careers Expo for £150 + VAT, including 3m x 2m, furniture, power, Wi-Fi and afternoon refreshments. Headline Partners get their matching 6m x 3m space free.

Yes. Colleges, universities and training providers can book both events for £1,500 + VAT. This includes 4m x 2m on Wednesday and the Event Partner benefits on Friday except breakfast vouchers.

Yes. Our Exhibitor Toolkit includes ready-to-use graphics, suggested posts and other practical promotional materials.

Absolutely. We offer practical guidance and support sessions, and the Shout team is happy to talk through what to bring, how to plan and how to make the most of the day.

A larger 4m x 2m stand, four breakfast and four lunch vouchers, a full-page brochure advertorial, a linked event-page logo, tailored social marketing, two banner positions, five VIP guest passes and one Shout Network guest visit, plus the standard inclusions.

One 6m x 3m stand, ten breakfast and lunch vouchers each, ten VIP guest passes, ten banner positions including reception, a choice of brochure centre spread or back cover, a front-cover logo, a prominent website link, one Shout Network guest visit, a named Shout management contact and pre/post dedicated Shout-sent emails. It also includes matching Wednesday Careers Expo space.

All business exhibitors can choose the invoice option. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue or 30 days before the event, whichever is earlier. Bookings within 30 days of the event are payable immediately.

Exhibitor cancellations are governed by Shout's current published Terms and Conditions, including the notice-based refund scale and any specific written agreement. Please review them before booking.

The current Shout Terms require appropriate insurance, normally at least £2 million public liability, with evidence supplied on request. Special activities or equipment may need additional venue safety checks.
