VIP passes for your customers
Event Partners get 5 and Headline Partners get 10. Standard exhibitors can add them for £20 + VAT each, at checkout or later. Just send us your guests' details and we'll register them for you.
Shout Network guest visits
Every package includes one guest visit. Use it at a suitable Shout Network group within 90 days of the expo, subject to sector availability and the group leader's approval. A guest visit, not a membership.

Booking & packages
3Pick your expo, choose a package and add it to your basket. You can pay by card or choose the invoice option. Stuck on something? Email info@shoutconnect.co.uk before you book.
Every Friday stand includes a 6ft x 2ft trestle table, two chairs, a black stretch-fit tablecloth, standard power and venue Wi-Fi, plus breakfast and lunch vouchers (two, four or ten of each, depending on your package). Optional extras can be added at checkout or later.
Absolutely. We offer practical guidance and support sessions, and the Shout team is happy to talk through what to bring, how to plan and how to make the most of the day.
Stands & setup
2The day before, between 12 noon and 5pm, or on the morning of the expo between 7am and 8am. Pack-down is between 3pm and 5pm.
It depends on the venue. Parking is free at Aintree Racecourse (Liverpool) and The Bolton Stadium Hotel (North West). At The Preston Guild Hall (Lancashire) there’s no free parking, but there are nearby public car parks (charges apply).

Yes. We run networking groups and events alongside the exhibitions, great for getting your name out there and making connections.
